- Business Employed By
- Date commenced
- Length of employment to date
- What you are employed as
- That you are not on probation
- Yearly salary/wage
2. If current Employment is less then 12 months, then details of previous employer is required.

3. Wages, proof of savings and financial back ground. |

1. 2-3 years of ATO Notice of Assessment (current 3 years)
2. A minimum of 6 months credit card statements for each card
3. latest 3 payslips with the latest no more the 30 days old
4. Pension details if any
5. 12 months plus of bank statements
Note: all statements must be up to date, the latest available and consecutive.

1. For New Australians the original Australian Citizen Certificate
2. For Non-Australians proof of residency status is required
3. Overseas statements and financials may be required for some non-Australians. |

5. Current Status or situation |
|

|
1. A current Council rates notice is a good idea
2. For those married the Marriage Certificate is required
3. If you are known by more then one name or your documentation has differences in the name used a Statutory Declaration is required. |

6. Self Employed |
|
|
|
If you are self employed and have your own business the 2 years
financial statements, profit & loss and balance sheet, are required as
well as 2-3 years tax returns and ATO Tax assessment notices. |
